UPDATE EMAIL
We appreciate investors' desire to be kept up to date with loans. However, these general updates are sent when we have new information to share with our investors, and as such do not adhere to a strict weekly schedule.
PIPELINE LOANS
After an extremely busy September, we elected to have a quieter October, to allow a period of recovery on the platform. Now we are in November, we are gradually increasing the pipeline and have loans underway with solicitors. We hope a number will go live next week.
1ST PLACE IN P2P FORUM POLL
Saving Stream has been voted the best P2P platform in 2015 in a poll run by the P2P Independent Forum. NEW PREMISES AND EXPANSION
A permanent headquarters has been purchased for Lendy Ltd.
We are looking to expand our team and hire Business Development Managers to originate loans and handle the existing portfolio. In addition, we are seeking a Property Development Finance Manager to run our development finance portfolio.

CHANGING EXISTING LOANS TO NEW STRUCTURE
There are various loans currently being ammended to sit under the new structure. Once they have completed they will be identified as such in the 'Loan updates' tab of each loan.

We have confirmation from a new lender that they will be repaying our loan and providing the borrower with development finance for the scheme. This will likely take two months to get through legals. The borrower is covering the interest in the meantime.
