Yes, you would think it would be better to raise the £50k by collecting on a few of the invoices.

Hendon will flip like a cow given everybody's already got a piece. Harley Street worked because the repayment meant that a lot of people who previously had a piece no longer had a piece and were back in the market. And Challock, effectively a fifth tranche? I understand what you are saying but there was big money floating around overnight that went to specific places. I dont intend to go over the bid history but I am suspicious. In the new environment, Flipper money is less important now than big investor money. That is a fact we need to take into consideration. I'm thinking, overnight is when Autobid serves the people who aren't feeding in new money, just relending their incomings. Their accounts are near-empty, but they make 1 bid when there's enough for 1 bid. Most of those bids will go into the least-filled loan - they're unlikely to be exposed already because they only buy into a minority of loans.
What is interesting is that Challock still took most of the money after Hendon became the least-filled loan.
For Hendon, the recyclers are almost the only customers now. Hendon will still be the least-filled loan tonight and tomorrow night, because all new loans will be stuck under the 50% cap until Wednesday. It'll find some lenders who aren't already exposed, but I don't think there'll be enough.
2% cashback? On a 12-monther I'd normally be tempted, but not this time.

Its Monday lunch time. Hendon seems to have found some new friends.

'Friends' is a bit strong .. 'willing to sub it for a while' maybe. 8>.
Back on the thread topic, if they don't wheel out the pending WL rejects (presumably from Friday) REAL SOON, we are in danger of going down to zero, never mind '1'. 8>.

I am more concerned about the slow draw down of property loans. 17752 was filled on Thurs 26th. 17644 was filled Friday 27th. No draw down by Monday 1400. Worrying.

Bristol just drew down straight away - all others are waiting.

We only need 3 more loans listed quickly and the 'Loan Requests' screen will go onto page 2, I think for the first time since fixed rates came in. Shame none of the loans are worth investing in!

I think it only really counts when there's more than one page of loan requests on which bidding is possible....

Look it's end of year, accountants are getting focused on other things and few deals will settle before Jan 6.
Mrs Bobo is a lawyer, she gets to do M&A work with clients all year round but, from now on, until the end of the year she gets to meet with other lawyers to work out who gets to play in 2016 with whom.
Refocus on the stock market for the Santa rally

It's a very busy time for property development in progress - getting as much as possible completed before the two week break.

Fascinatingly Challenged has got so boring recently, no-one's even got anything interesting to say on this forum. Sad, aren't I?

1st tranche Property up now A+/12m/9%+1%CB 90% already... Anybody'd think there'd been a famine of stuff even SLIGHTLY worth bidding on lately.

What I'm wondering is when, exactly, over the Xmas / newyear holiday it will go down BELOW 1 .. zero biddable loans.
Last year it got down to a handful, slowly grinding down towards MBR, but that won't be the case this year, they'll be filled at the fixed rate and gone. Unless Father Christmas pops down the chimney with the odd loan or two every day, it's going to look a bit bleak to any new chums taking a look (almost as bleak as Savings Trickle?!).
Place your bets... Or maybe there'll be some £600k property tranches just for window dressing?
