FWIW it seems the website is miscoded, and you cannot withdraw your last 1p (or maybe there is a rounding issue) .. I had to reduce my withdrawal request to 1p less than my balance before I could get the system to accept it.

I think it's a rounding issue. I had the same problem when I tried to invest my full balance in a loan - it said I didn't have enough funds. I reduced it by 1p and it was accepted.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's a rounding issue, mainly because sometimes I've been able to invest that last penny, and sometimes not.

Sorry yes is is a rounding issue... if you mail me I will alway top up that extra 0.4999p if needed though!
