Given the parched landscape I was surprised to see a significant quantity of loan #36, C* C* Hotel. become available. Out of curiosity I bought some, there were two or three sellers one at a 2% discount. Now I think that somebody knows something I don't. Okay, repayment is due today and the loan is three years old and some past paperwork has been slow, but all of this isn't unusual and googling just brings up good things. I don't see anything here or in Pink.
Am I missing something or being paranoid?

Me nervous too, paranoia must be infectious, how do you find out how many sellers there have been i assume they have been made anomalous.

You are only allowed one buy or sell order at once. That must mean there were three people (or the buy./sell doesn't work as described).

Bookings do not look too bad for this time of year. Fully booked over Xmas & most Saturdays fully booked in the future, although a bit sparse in Jan/Feb, to be expected i suppose.

Someone seems to have been selling Cornwall and Conwy as well. There's been enough activity to show significant movement on QAA queue positions.

The interest rate is better, Cornwall is due to repay and I hate having idle cash, it ruins my daily return spreadsheet.

I think someone has got cold feet on any loan that has had even minor issues, so I wouldn't worry too much about loan #36 in particular. Overnight and this morning I've picked up bits in quite a few loans at 3% discount where I have buy orders set to only buy at a discount.
