This property loan takes the biscuit as a new low in investor scorning by Failed Communication. They take the lead in answering Q&A in this type of loan, and they have farted in the face of the people who took the time to ask questions better to understand the proposition.

They take the lead in answering Q&A in this type of loan, and they have farted in the face of the people who took the time to ask questions better to understand the proposition. Sadly, there is no longer any incentive on Failed Communications or on borrowers to answer questions. They might as well remove the Q&A section.
