I was going to bid on a loan which was closing around 11:20 ish. It seemed to suddenly end with about 12 minutes to go. Well it happens. B*m. However when I went to watchlist I found several that were due to end later had also ended, and when I went to open up one which wasn't due to end for several hours, there was error displayed and unable to bid. It subsequently was OK. Did anyone else experience glitches/strange behaviour: I'm wondering whether there was some IT foul up which caused some auctions to close early.

If you mean 4988 WC loan I had just put in a much lower bid than my top one which was about to disappear, then the loan disappeared as it had been accepted early - now in pre-agreement. Now I'll have to sell some 12.6% as I'm overexposed on that one (I'll keep the 13% for a while . Similarly Drainage 4991. Can't think why they don't wait an hour or so to get the lowest rate.

Can't think why they don't wait an hour or so to get the lowest rate. I've sometimes wondered if FC like to close auctions early as a way of trying to encourage early bidders and discourage last minute sniping. Otherwise it does seem strange.

I have also noticed some strange early closes in the hours or minutes before the end recently, where borrower could improve a good few decimal points on their average rate through waiting. Generally I have missed out through this but with 4988, for once, when I came back to rebid it had closed and I was just in rather than just out. Because it was in pre-agreement before the end time, I assume that the borrower has taken it. Why do they do this? My theory is that manual lenders bid on many loans and know what happens at the end. But generally borrowers only take one loan and do not have the learning experience. Also they have a business to run and perhaps decide to get on with the loan while they can, rather than coming back to it again later.

It's certainly broken down for me now (Firefox). It will not allow me onto page one of the loan requests. Every refresh or click to p1 results in page 2!!! edit: It works on IE9 but very slowly. edit: Ah! Its working OK now. edit: I think I've cracked it! I hanged the order of loans in my watchlist, and this alteration then applies itself to the main loan lists, but I don't know why I couldn't move from one page to the other

There are several places where 'sort order' is shared between tabs or pages, and yes it is annoying. Also if you hover over the next page symbol (>) , you'll see it actually SAYS previous. Just one of several places the FC web pages are borked.
