A couple of questions were asked on 24th (the day it appeared I think) about loan 218 - wind turbine. This has an estimate drawdown of 27th Nov. These questions are not exactly tricky, i.e. what is the interest rate and will it be in the GEIA, MLIA. There has been a full business day with out these being answered.
I accept we are still within the previously published response times (3 days) but surely andrewholgate, chris it is not too much to expect that there is staff on hand to answer at least the simple questions quickly where you are only giving us a few days for due diligence ?
