17643, not-small A36, with mostly hypothetical assets. Fairly noxious to many if not actually toxic. All but filled while still under the 50% cap, and with no help from the usual suspects, apart from Agent 59. Where are all these small manual bidders suddenly coming from?

I suspect the exemplary payment history on 2 past / existing FC loans and the credit score have swayed a fair few to bid more than usual. However 8.2% (net) is far too low for me without asset security, however good their past record.

Interesting that it seems the borrower supplied reams of info about the business to Failed Communicants, who (in their wisdom) only posted one sentence.

Credit score is good, but financial figures were 11 months old. (Between the 3 loans we actually get the 5 year financial statements that I wish we saw on all loans.)

So, who is going to ask questions in the other place?
