I reckon it'll be a seriously bling diamond ring. Or else a LOT of model trains.

or a REALLY REALLY SMALL studio in South Kensington Ah yes, I remember it well. Is it still going or did it repay? I chuckled at the fact a good part of the quoted square footage was a "mezzanine" (aka. "shelf")

Ah yes, the mezzanine. I remember a friend of mine buying at the boom over two decades back, just before the bust. A appalling piece of carp where the walls moved if you leaned on them and you could hear the neighbours fart. That had a mezzanine as well. A shelf for the bed because there was nowhere else to put it. Kitchen? Had to keep the fridge in the miniscule sitting room, no space in the cupboard they had designated as a kitchen. Just thought at the time that it was worth nowhere near the huge £80,000 or so that he had paid, and not long after he had given up trying to sell it for £50,000. It's good to remember it happens, cools my jets a touch.

I've finally cracked it !!! Based on this post: p2pindependentforum.com/post/78413it is obviously a collection of 19,200 gold bangles !! The referenced loan above is clearly just the first tranche in what will be 2,400 tranches for a loan they have now decided to break down into parts. No idea why I hadn't managed to figure this out before.
