European base rates negative, P2P?

I see from the economist that Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland are trying to keep their currency below that of the EURO while the Euro bank is considering dropping its base rate to -0.5%.  This may drive these three countries into -1 to -2% base rate.

Since none of us have any experience of these levels of negative interest rate, how do you expect this to affect P2P
