A former care home and locally listed building, the property was being considered as a possible sheltered housing scheme when we identified the potential for residential development. We obtained consent for a gated courtyard of 20 new 3, 4 & 5 bedroom town houses."
All I asked was whether the development up for investment on FC "would also be gated to keep out the old, disabled and other riff-raff?"
Can't believe they moderated such a reasonable enquiry.
