Looks like the sudden movement in the pipeline are forcing people to sell some of their loans.
There are few at 0% premium yielding 11%+ up to 12.47%

There are few at 0% premium yielding 11%+ up to 12.47% At a time when there were about a dozen parts for sale at par, and they had been sitting there for the better part of an hour, someone offered a part at a 1% discount and it showed a 20+% effective rate. Needless to say, it wasn't available for very long.
