Hi, Any feedback on www.seedrs.com/fundacate ? Fundacate is branding itself with high value, quality location developments and existing property syndications. Fundacate says it is going-in to bat against traditional property trusts and funds and sees itself as different from the current batch of buy-to-let small residential offerings. And for Fundacate share-holders, gross fees are higher from higher valued properties. It wants to bringing less vested interest and much more transparency where investors can view feasibilities, valuations etc. See the animated Fundacate Super Hero video via www.fundacate.com/ Buy-to-let can still be included but the focus is on quality location and higher value than will be have long-term investment value.

Would you please state what involvement / connection you have (if any) with Fundacate - i.e. are you a director, employee, advisor, consultant, existing shareholder etc to Fundacate or to any company advising / assisting with this equity raise ?
