I got 2 emails for slightly different amounts too. I called them and waiting for them to email me back. I paid the first email amount.

I got two emails notifying me of two different allocations with two different loan part IDs. My deficit was the aggregate of both parts. Then the deficit went down to just the value of one of the parts. Then PBL072 vanished from My Loans list altogether. What is going on?

Just received an email advising me that I had been Allocated £900 on this loan . Just had a look at my account & it says I owe £1800. very worrying. I've immediately reduced all my pre fundings to zero just as a precaution.

Same here - two emails, showing marginally different allocations. Only one amount has been processed on my transaction statement but investment has yet to show up on my investment list.

Finished now with £7.4k left available. Didn't bid on this one for obvious (to me) reasons so could someone let me know if you got 100% of your prefund

What is everyone's opinion on this loan? PBL072 (24% LTV) is a second part to PBL059 (36% LTV) at a total loan value of £5,102,000 against a security of £17,000,000. Is it wise treating these as the same loan, therefore halving the amount one would normally invest in each loan?

Is it wise treating these as the same loan, therefore halving the amount one would normally invest in each loan? One is a 1st charge, the other a 2nd charge. They are definitely not 'the same loan'. In a default situation I would want to be holding only the 1st charge tranche, not halving that amount of my holding in that loan to pay for the 2nd tranche loan and balancing them out

There are a number of loans I have passed on historically from SS just down to my own DD. This one IMHO looks OK and sales in the property seem to be moving along, as such if I were a new investor building a portfolio I might take a position. However as I already hold a large sum in the 1st charge tranche there would be no value in taking a position in the 2nd charge tranche which I think will probably only run for 3 months.
