Ok that's weird - had 2 pre-fund emails for slightly diff amounts - 1 has turned into -ve avail funds, but no sign of the loan filling in the pipeline view... I got 2 emails as well with two different loan ID numbers for the same amount!! I've noticed only one part has appeared in my 'Live Loan Parts' column though thank goodness!!

Apart from the double email funny (least said the better). This one went smoothly if a surprise.
Got a bit more than I long term wanted. Sold extra immediately. Happy with what I now have.
Much smoother launch

Click on the loan (which stays in Pipeline Loans until the allocation process is complete) and you can watch it happening live.

it is exciting when the loan in the pipeline finally gets a number, given SS's practise in this area could we use "the Description", I was all excited until I found out which one it was

As Victor would say ' I just don't believe it !', have spent the last three days building up a big position after losing my beloved PBL59 only to have this one taken away. Whilst I am please to see a repayment to ease the overcrowded SM, why oh why did they have to pick this one, I am truly gutted !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
