Today I bough on the secondary market a slice of the Loan "Cashflow For Retail Pharmacies" (risk band B). I did not make a note of the loan number thinking I would find it easily via the FC LoanBook. In the FC transactions you only see the loan slice number, but this is usually sufficient to make a reverse lookup via the payment schedule .cvs file and the fc loanbook (this is what I always do, please tell me if there is another way!)
But in this case it did not work, as the exact loan name strangely did not find any match in the FC loan book. Luckily there were still some parts on the secondary market, so I did a search there and that brought to me the loan number, which is 4855.
Now, the mistery.
a) The live loan page call this loan "Cashflow For Retail Pharmacies" (4855) and puts the loan amount to 135.000 GBP b) The loan book calls this loan "Working capital" (4855) and puts the loan amount to 150.000 GBP.
The only thing I can think off is that the borrower had some spare cash (15k) at some point and make and extra payment to reduce the total, but I cannot find any note/remark of this action, so I am puzzled about the difference in the loan amount.
Also i cannot understand why they would change the loan name and the amount on the live loan and not on the loanbook.
Anyone can shed some light on this discrepancy?

Hi, hor1997. It looks ok to me. In the loan book and live it is 150k, and the name does not go in the loan book, just the purpose which is working capital.

There's a... <drumroll> BUG IN THE FC WEBSITE!If you go to Loan Parts, filter for 4855, and click on the title so the loan pops up and you can buy parts, it shows as £135k. If you open the loan page directly, it shows as £150k. The difference, of course, is 10% - the BBB's slice. A quick prod around the SM shows other loans do the same - 3014 is 20% out, £208k vs £260k (and has a 20% BBB slice). 11710 does it. 14914 does it.

Yes, I went to the original auction page - right click and open in new window - I never use the abbreviated one in loan parts. A bug? Surely not!
