It appears the minimum amount needed to invest has been reduced from £1,000 to £100. I feel that's a good step taken by Lendinvest and I'll very likely be increasing my investments with them in the near future. Do others feel the same?

Thanks for pointing this out sildenafil, as I wouldn't have known otherwise (did you receive any communication from Lend Invest informing of the change?). I think for me, it will not necessarily result in a bigger investment into LI but will certainly mean much better diversification across the loan book. Previously I had only put a £1000 chunk into the more attractive investments but now I won't mind making a smaller "punt" on most of their loan book. All we need now is a nice simple SS inspired secondary market! Any plans lendinvest ? That would certainly result in a bigger investment from me.

There was no communication (that I received) that stated that but I just logged in over the weekend and noticed it. The FAQs with this information were updated last Tuesday so I guess it has only just been implemented. I agree, a secondary market would be a great addition too.

Logged in to invest in the deal of the week and noticed that there are no charges on debit card deposits which was a surprise as I used bank transfers in the past because I thought that there was a charge for debit card use, so perhaps this is a change as well.
