When browsing the forum on my phone yesterday a full screen advert popped up. The advert was for 'The Social Network of Sex' and featured closeup photos of big boobed women. The problem was that the advert took over my phone browser so that any action I took merely refreshed the advert with new photos. The back button, tabs, bookmarks and close buttons were all affected. I had to remove and replace the battery and on restarting clear the cache before I regained control of the browser. The advert appears to have been supplied by offerfactory however during the refresh a number of other redirection url's were rapidly cycled through. I've no doubt each checked what device I was using and if it had been a PC then malware could easily have been delivered. Naturally my PC is already properly protected against this stuff but now I'm off to find some adblock for my phone. Attached a cut down screenshot.  John |

Not fighting hard enough though. Had this ad last night. At least it didn't contain a browser hijack. What's the best way to report these to proboards? The report abuse link at the bottom of the page only has options for reporting users. John Attachments:

I haven't seen any of these adverts, but presumably they are targeted at people who browse for this sort of thing?

I'd do it for you, but I'm not seeing any ads at all. Ablock Plus and Ghostery rule. Indeed. Though I have disabled adblock here to support the site.

I've recently reset Firefox and have just loaded Ghostery. I notice that I'm getting a much reduced selection of ads now. I have all cookies blocked, I'm getting ads for LC and FS at the top and on those pages where there is a square shaped ad I'm getting one to set up a forum with proboards. So far I've see no other ads.
