As per the title. Ideas?
Plus, can someone tell me how to set a minimum amount per loan?
I did ask that before but not sure where so sorry if you already answered it!

You can't set a minimum amount to invest, only a maximum. The minimum amount however will always be by default 10Eur. From experience it seems like auto-invest always invests the maximum amount you set, assuming you have sufficient funds and the loan has sufficient amount available.
Make sure your auto-invest portfolio has a status of Active.
If you're not getting any investments with your portfolio, it's quite likely that none of the available loans on the primary market meet the criteria you selected.

Hi...I have set my criteria very broadly and it's set to active. I can't for the life of me see why it's still not auto investing. :-(

Even if they are very broad, it still could mean none of the loans meet it. Can you share the criteria here? I'll have a quick look on the loan book.

My auto invest works most of the time but now and again I log in and there is money just sitting in my account which should have been lent out. If I turn auto invest off then back on it immediately gets lent out. Seems like a problem in the Mintos computer but who knows!

xyon100, the most likely reason is that there are no loans available that match your criteria. The loan book (downloadable under Statistics section) should give a good overview of all loans that are put on the market. To check what loans are currently available for investment the easiest is to check the Primary Market. However, it should be noted that a number of loans are bought out straight away by Auto Invest, so they even don't make to the Primary Market. Also, please feel free to reach out to our investor support at support@mintos.com, we are always happy to help.

I noticed this also, but thought maybe I had imagined it or made some mistake.

The money might accrue in case if you sell loans on the Secondary Market and/or there has been a buyback. Upon receiving money from these transactions the Auto Invest is not triggered automatically on spot, but will be trigerred at the day close.

That might have been the case here, but I was still able to invest manually? I'll have to wait for further funds to see if it now works normally.

Yes, you can still invest manually and stoping and resuming an active Auto Invest will start Auto Invest that will invest in any available matching loan. The only thing with sales in Secondary Market and buybacks is that in those cases Auto Invest is not triggered automatically on spot as it is with incoming deposits for example. Hope this helps.

Today I set up an auto invest for Invoice financing and also transferred money in, but even stopping and reactivating all my autos I cannot get any them to work and loans are available for some of them. Maybe they will start working tomorrow.

Agree, auto invest is not working properly, even previous rules when there is available loans that meet the criteria.

Auto invest is nice when it works, but not 100% reliable to act when you expect it to act. I had to manually make two investments today that clearly met the auto invest criteria, but not even stop/start and couple minutes of waiting helped.

We had an issue with Auto Invest, but that has been resolved and everything should work now. We are sorry for any inconveniences caused.
