15578 property loan in TS7 repaid today after 3 months, 9 months early. Sometimes it looks like it beats the SM to take the CB and just wait! We just need new CB property loans in the new year to soak up all this cash. I will take 1% CB if they repay like this. I've reduced my FC exposure by over 10% over the last couple of months because property loans have been repaying faster than there have been new (decent) property loans becoming available.

Here's hoping that the remaining three tranches will go likewise (return >12%) and that we get a few decent CBs next year.

I'm 40% down from the peak (just before Fixed rates, when it was still climbing), although more of that (%-wise) is currently actually invested ('For Sale'), rather than just being bid. My partner is down by 65 or 70% and still running it down, there being nothing worth putting it in (on this platform at least .. better pickings elsewhere). 2% CB property loans at 8 or 9 or 10% are just about acceptable, and maybe small Es held for a month or two, but the rest doesn't make the cut, and there are not enough potentials to soak up the desired investments at the desired diversification. Have to hope the competition can grow their deal flows, and make the IT work better than FC ever did.
Anyway, Happy New Year to anyone still lurking around here .. it has been amusing and educational (and reasonably rewarding, albeit frustrating many times) through 2013, 4 and 5, but I doubt FC in 2016 is going to get my pulse racing .. it has been extensively de-funned, de-fanged, and de-Peered. 8<.

8266 Yorkshire (Driffield) 1 repaid today. The other 3 tranches are outstanding, but there were no competitive loan parts for sale when I looked. (Looks back in nostalgia to the days when a tranche repaid you could reinvest in discounted parts in another tranche.)

7241 and 7248 Tewkesbury repaid a few weeks early. As a bridging loan at 10% is being raised (3 tranches of £500,000 have been taken by FC IT) I expect that the remaining tranches will pay back imminently, but whether the uplift from getting the full months interest early outweighs the SM premiums I can't say.

We have been assured that the 10% plums will not be cherry picked. The probability of all three being chosen as whole is not that low - say about 0.3 - but that had better not happen too often.
