Loan thread for discussion here No auction online AFAICS Good question, and good observations from the details in the VR. Paul64 , Lendy Support - care to comment? Not only on this loan but also any loan where there is an income (Somerset Tenanted Office Block etc.) - what happens to this income? Hi 'Cool Dude'. Pls excuse my ignorance but what is AFAICS ? Alas, it seems Paul @lendy doesn't care to comment . . . !? Must try 'n contact directly (not that that seems to make much difference!) LOL

Not only on this loan but also any loan where there is an income (Somerset Tenanted Office Block etc.) - what happens to this income? In the absence of any proper reply from Lendy, my Mother has sent them the following:- Dear George, Thank you for your email and I note the further update... but it doesn't answer my questions. 1. Please can you explain why there is no internet evidence of the property being 'for sale' ? 2. Please can you confirm you are receiving £45,000 p.a. rent (or is it actually £55,000) ? 3. Please can you explain where this money goes? Surely it could be used to cover some or all of Lenders' interest payments? 4. I note an auction slot was booked over 3 months ago - what happened, please ? Yours sincerely...

Great news!
As of early Thurs, Paul @lendy is 'looking into it...'!
AND George @lendy also told me Thurs A.M. 'We are currently seeking the information you require from the relevant department, and when I retrieve this information I shall inform you accordingly.'
Now I can relax . . . can't I ?

Just in case any of the other 899 investors are interested, the Recent Update stating the property will be auctioned in the last week of July is erroneous.
I am reliably informed by the Agents that it won't be until 30th August - with completion (if sold) at the end of September.
I have advised Paul @lendy accordingly.

Sadly, no comment or even acknowledgement from Paul . . . !
But most recent update now:
'Auction scheduled for 30th August as the long stop disposal option. Agents are progressing marketing in the meantime.'
Phew!

For anyone interested, there IS now evidence of the property actually being 'on the market' - at least ready for auction 30th August !!
Here's the link:- <link identifying asset on which a loan is secured redacted>
Happy days ;-)

Can't help but wonder who the 5 investors are who have just bought up the whole (£12K+) of the SM for this loan !? Do they all work for Lendy, by any chance ? Whoever you are, would you like to buy another £900 . . . pl-e-a-s-e... ?

The auction date gives a good idea of when this loan will repay, looking at it there is an annual letting income of £45k so just short of 10% return so there is a good chance it will sell somewhere around the valuation. If this happens then this will be repaid in just over a month probably with a 5% bonus so looks a good investment to me if you have any funds spare (which I don't at moment otherwise I would take your £900 off you with pleasure)

I have an odd tenner so had a look at this, you can't purchase so all the "investments" must be cancelled loan sales.
