Andy Holgate has already been away for a few days and I was officially on holiday from yesterday. Andy's on a strict no contact unless critical policy as he really needs to switch off and recharge his battery after a very long year. I'm in a similar position but slightly more addicted to my laptop / the internet, so will continue to periodically check my email and this forum.
If you need anything, have something you're not happy with, want an official response from AC, etc. please contact customer services as your first port of call. I'll try and keep an eye on thing here but my responses may not be as frequent and it's more likely than usual that I'll miss something if there is a fair bit of activity. If they cannot help you or you do not get an adequate response or you just want to get my attention - please mention me by name or quote me to make sure that I get an email alert. I'll then get back to you when I'm next online.
For the next couple of weeks you're unlikely to be able to get a response from Andy, and even email alerts may get buried under the mountain of emails he'll return to in the new year.
In the mean time I hope everyone has a great Christmas and New Year, and when we return I look forward to sharing with you both an ever increasing flow of deals and some of the ideas and opportunities we've been working on behind the scenes.
