I don't know exactly when this changed... Previously it was possible to enter an amount to withdraw larger than the balance of an investment account - it would instantly withdraw the full balance, and then leave an unfulfilled withdrawal target for the remainder. This was good because it avoided leaving an impossible-to-withdraw balance of less than a penny in the account (and the remaining withdrawal target would/should have been met as further funds were available in the account, although I think there was an unrelated bug with that). I now find that my QAA has an odd balance due to the crediting of last month's interest, but when I try to use the same method as before to withdraw the full balance, there is a (new?) error message saying "You cannot withdraw an amount larger than your total investment." chris (or someone who deals with the UI side?), please can this change be reverted until AC provide a method to withdraw the entire balance of the account without using such dirty tricks? (Ideally that will also allow the entire balance of the cash account to be invested in another account too...)

Ha. sl75 Great minds & all that. I was just looking at the nanopence languishing in my GBBA wondering if I would ever be able to get it out and whether it was time to again raise the prospect of a sweep all out facility being provided. Not sure if this was ever available on GBBA ( never an issue for me on QAA as no direct investment so no idea if it was available)

Having noticed there were other changes on the site today, I tried this again, and sure enough I was able to instruct the site to withdraw £0.01 from the QAA, with it dutifully withdrawing the entire remaining £0.0088... balance from the account. Thanks again to chris and the dev team!
