Thanks On the dashboard in the Available Funds section there are ADD and TAKE buttons. Click the latter. Also took me a while to find this when I went to make my first withdrawal

Just wondered if you managed to activate your withdrawal. If so, did you receive an email confirmation?
I 'withdrew' a relatively small amount on Wednesday (Jan 6). The amount was deducted from my RBS balance but to date no money credited to my bank account and no email confirmation. I have contacted RBS and am awaiting an answer.

The amount was deducted from my RBS balance but to date no money credited to my bank account and no email confirmation. I have contacted RBS and am awaiting an answer. I had this too on my first withdrawal. I received the following useful advice from their "Investor Relations Coordinator": " Unfortunately we don’t appear to have any bank account details on file to action the transfer to so I was hoping you could update this information – if you could log onto the platform and select ‘Settings’ from the ‘Dashboard’ drop down menu (towards the top right corner of the screen) here you should see a tab for ‘Bank Details’ where you can enter your sort code and account number. There is also a data field for your password, the system requires this to confirm the changes.
Please note, once you have entered your information, the fields will become read only – this means any future changes or updates will need to be made via the ReBS office, either by phone or using the email address support@rebuildingsociety.com.

" All very confused now ! Tried to enter my normal password in the settings/bank details but message states password incorrect. But it is the one I use to login to the main site so not sure what that is all about. In addition I also see a button for 'Manual: Simply use your dashboard to withdraw on request'. This is what I used on Wednesday so don't understand why I would have to enter bank details in settings in the first place. Terribly confused and still without the funds I thought I had transferred.

I had the same problem with password when I tried to enter the bank details. I sent them an email.
I managed to send a some money in, though I am still waiting for it to appear on the platform. I used the button at the top "Add Funds +".
I am curious because when I tried the same thing from the Dashboard "Add" it asked me to set three questions. In any case now I set these and therefore I can add money from both places. I hope the money I sent will not disappear. I am not a good magician and probably it would cost more to call Dynamo than I transferred.

So here we are. Monday lunchtime. Still no funds in bank account although RBS balance has been reduced by withdrawal amount since last Wednesday. Not getting much of an explanation from RBS, so who knows where my withdrawal is ! Most frustrating. Just as well it was a relatively small amount.

I have been finished with RBS for a while now. And every month withdraw any money paid into my account.
And in fairness to RBS they are very quick sending the money to my bank account.

My God this website really does my head in. I was attempting to make a partial withdrawal and when I pressed the "withdraw" button absolutely nothing APPEARED to be happening. So like a complete fool, I pressed the button again. Yes I know how utterly stupid could I be?
I know I don't need to post this bit,but yes, double bubble. Maybe ReBS is telling me that really I should just be cashing out.

RBS tell me that the settings page is broken and they have taken it down to repair. That would explain why I could n't add my bank details to the page and hence not receive any funds. So at the moment if you want to make your first withdrawal, you may have a problem.
