I thought I remembered seeing somebody asking about these here recently - must've been the other place, because search doesn't find anything.
£1.35m of 12mo 10% A+ across three tranches, back in late October - mid November, to remortgage residential in London and Cornwall and fund a shopping spree at property auctions. Questions were asked at the time about what happens if they didn't get what they wanted... Well, it's official. They didn't, and "they are reviewing other stock with their agents"...

Surely they can just give us the money back if they haven't spent it.

Parts are still on sale on the secondary market, where is the news update for those who don't hold the loan parts ?

In the loan comments (repayments) page/tab for those loans I imagine .. that's where most comments are (and ALWAYS look there before buying).

Still 10 months to run, and interest is pre-funded for the whole term.

So if you feel like panic selling and put them up at a par, autobodge will buy them before you have time to reconsider. Not sure if I am happy or not now.

There is nothing wrong with these loans - not downgraded, not expected to overrun. Just information. So please put some up at par and I will buy them. There sure is nothing else.
