I guess everybody invested in that loan got email today. I wonder what do you think is the best option? What will you choose? Please vote.
Only those 2 customers make up 45% of the debt ledger. I don't want to left holding the bag of tiny invoices from thousands of debtors when somebody else enjoys the quality of the above.

I also need guidance on how to vote on this one, as it is a newish loan I am thinking it is a bit dangerous to vote for giving security away. please give me any of your opinions on this.

IMO if your ID on this forum is not used anywhere else I don't see how your voting is likely to present a security risk. Has anyone avoided to vote for security reasons?

There is a longer discussion taking place on the pink forum also called Private board for Assetz Capital members only which is at the top of the previous page. Follow the instructions to join; but it does take a little while to get activated, as emails need to be sent and received and acted upon.

ewf will have meant giving our financial security (the debenture) away, not phishing

suppose better finally sign up to the other bit then so I can read the posts, surely if we sign away all the good stuff then the rubbish that is left would not cover the loan in case of default

Hi fellow forum members.I am fairly new to P2P, AC and this forum so not signed up to the AC private forum yet but baving benefited greatly from your many wise words here and on the other forums over the last few months I wanted to share my thoughts with you on this vote.
We have a LTV of only 22% and the total debtors book represents around a third of the tangible asset security sitting behind this loan. IMHO releasing even 50% of the debtors book represents almost zero risk to lenders capital and does not affect the borrowers ability to service the loan so to me it is a no-brainer....... in the interests of future business from a growing organisation we can release a small amount of our security in the confidence that AC will protect our interests contractually. Hopefully then we can all enjoy investing in the next loan this borrower brings to AC.

To be accurate the pink hue is not visible on the mobile app, just in case anyone is wondering.
