Hi,
Is this a known issue with the website? My balance sheet is missing £200 on the "Sources" side. Looks like my last direct debit from 4th of January hasn't been included in the "Deposited" figure? The "Uses" side of things shows the correct total amount, and the account history also has the correct amounts.
Can this be fixed please? The totals of "Sources" and "Uses" should really agree and not be out of sync ...
Thank you.

You're best to report this directly to RateSetter Customer Services, on 020 3142 6226 or via en email which will be in the 'Contact Us' segment of your account.
That said, it does look like a general issue. My personal balance sheet also appears to be out by the "Promotions £200.00". I'll report it to IT internally....
Thank you, Kevin

Thanks. I tried reporting through the website by submitting a question online, but I had to give up as the site was refusing to accept my message due to "invalid" characters (not even a £ is allowed it seems ...). Even though I removed all non-standard characters, it still wouldn't let me submit ...
Thanks.

It's fixed now, thanks for letting me know. Apologies, I hate it when we look a little amateur sometimes. IT were pretty quick to fix it, it had actually been raised during the week. It was related to regular lenders (e.g. I regular lend £200, which was the amount out. Perhaps ijifmurmel does the same). Funnily enough not that many lenders use the regular lending feature, which I find strange. And even fewer look at the balance sheet, so it didn't impact many people. Kevin.

lol. Only just found the balance sheet summary myself! Could have saved me a whole lot of paper work a few months back.

Hi Kevin,
All looks good now, and many thanks for getting this fixed so quickly!
And yes, I use the regular lending feature (I find it quite useful), and the missing £200 were my regular lending amount from earlier this month.
