Hi just looking for clarification - are we lending to the clients themselves or Lendy Ltd. I heard it had changed to clients?

Yes it changed, new T&Cs are to the client, old ones were to Lendy.
Which loans are under which set of T&Cs is not very easy to determine.

More recent loans are direct to borrowers (64 onwards), earlier loans are in general to Lendy though their are a few exceptions 59, 37-39 AFAIAA See here p2pindependentforum.com/post/47560/thread
