I noticed that nothing happened when I clicked on "Loan Book" in the page header (normally gives a drop-down), and that other drop-down menus like "Reports" and "help", and also the three horizontal bars in the top-right of each investment account also failed to give a drop-down. Thinking this might be a local issue, I restarted the browser, and when this didn't work also cleared the cache and cookies, and then tried a different browser (Microsoft Edge rather than my usual Firefox). As the other browser also failed to open the menus. Finally I logged in from an entirely different device (Android OS rather than Windows). The only common factor is the AC website, which I therefore conclude to be broken. [Edit: but the underlying pages seem fine when using the browser history or a saved bookmark] Flagging to chris just on the offchance that the customer services phone and email lines aren't already screaming with people reporting this issue!
