Anyone knows if they will be taking old money? I do not wish to put 2016-2017 money in this platform.

From their ISA FAQ'Yes, you will be able to transfer any existing investment from a Cash or Stocks and Shares ISA over to your new Funding Circle ISA. We will explain how to do this in more detail closer to the time'

12 feet is probably not quite long enough. Pretty much decided where to IFISA and FC don't even get close Trouble is very few, if any, are likely to be in the starting blocks April 5th Just wondering how long I'll have to wait ... Granny always told me that patience is a virtue ... Brian (but 40 quid is tempting - can always use it as a "Lart stick")

Somehow, "I wouldn't touch it with an 18ft window cleaning brush" just doesn't quite carry it, doesn't have the same "ring" about it And as for the "kids" doing jobs 4 me ... I have to go round to them regulalrly doing their DIY 4 them But lately I try and avoid it if I can. Too busy learning/investing in P2P (desperatley trying to get back on the subject!) Brian

Getting back on subject. Are we experiencing an overhang of the forthcoming ISA at present, 29th March? The loans have not filled over the Easter holidays and 21494 looks like missing filling by the close this pm. I know that I will not wish to sell to buy back inside the wrapper and I wonder if that will create a shortage of funds in the fag end of the FY. Since rates are fixed, watch out for some cash back.

It's not visible anymore, so presumably filled or pulled. But 21545 seems to be struggling, for no obvious reason (though the stock levels are interestingly high)..

I expect many of you received your letter from Fiona's Crumpets today. Coming soon - Market leading (estimated*) returns with the Funding Circle ISA
FC IFISA coming soon (no indication of when). Repetition of "we delivered highest return" of any major P2P platform over last four years. (7% v 5% v 5%)(In reality only RS and Z count, and they are mainly domestic rather than business lenders, so not like for like). Basically nothing new so they seem to be saying please don't go elsewhere with your ISA cash, but we aren't ready yet, and haven't got a clue when we will be. Interesting stats on FC actual return after fees and bad debts on loans by year origination. 2011 3.8% 2012 6.7% 2013 5.4% 2014 7.9% 2015 8.6% Made to look like improving performance, as if people don't know that 2015 loans have had less time to default, and a long time still to go. Usual caveat shown. Past performance is not.... etc... *Currently 7.2% as of 15 March 2016 surprised that good given SME failure rate stats p2pindependentforum.com/thread/4917/sme-loans-years-toooo-long

21545 has just got across the line with hundreds of Autobodge purchases around 6 pm, while Autobodge largely ignored other loans. There doesn't appear to have been huge Autobodge activity over the Easter weekend, so presumably FC are holding back Autobodgers' money so as to strategically apply to the loans as and when they look like otherwise failing. I guess that's what I would do if I was managing their business, but it does seem like quite a complex management process. And now there are a lot of loans with less than 2 days to go and struggling - but only FC knows how much they have in the Autobodge kitty.

Still no closer to find out details of FC IFISA offering. I know they are waiting for FCA authorisation and subsequent HMRC sign-off, but they could provide us details on how they intend to structure and operate their IFISA offering. I've just fully utilised my wife's and my ISA allowances for this tax year and I suspect it will be idling for sum time before I can transfer it in. In the meantime I'm tempted to invest in FC's SME Income Fund which is currently trading at a 5.1% discount to ex-income NAV, although there is nothing stopping the discount blowing out further........

On their own forum (and I thought via email too) they have said it will operate just like a non-ISA account, with no extra fees, although it will not be able to earn cashback or referral bonuses.
