Is EstateGuru planning an introduction of secondary market to the platform? User Terms do mention one. It would increase trust/demand in the platform as investors would have means of early exit should they need one.

FYI. everyone. I have asked this same question to EstateGuru via their contact form some time ago, to-date I have not received an answer. Seems like communication/customer-support is an issue for this platform, hence will not be increasing my position here.
update: Per this post, EstateGuru has come back to me, secondary market is in the works!

FYI. everyone. I have asked this same question to EstateGuru via their contact form some time ago, to-date I have not received an answer. Seems like communication/customer-support is an issue for this platform, hence will not be increasing my position here. hello red_panda My name is Aleksei Kurov and I am the COO of EstateGuru. Sorry for long wait on your original question on this forum, i just registered here and will be monitoring this thread regularly from now on. I just checked our Zendesk logs and saw that your question was answered by our Support team same day, on this week Tuesday at 16.21 Could you possibly check your Spam folder? sometimes Customer Support emails end up filtered out by spam settings. To answer your question here: we do develop Secondary Market facility, it is in the final stages of development, but we are not rushing with it, since majority of our Loans are between 12 and 18 months, which is relatively short period by itself. all our Dev Team efforts now are pushed towards adding functionality to invest/borrow in different currencies (GBP, USD) so we had to prioritize.

Thanks for coming back to me here and also via email today. I have not received the initial reply, but this one today is sufficient. Looking forward to the secondary market!

hey Tom,
Secondary market was put on hold and remains pretty much where it is - almost finished.
Majority of our loans are relatively short (1-1.5 years) and this is where our main product for Borrowers is. When we consider IT development prioritization, while we agree that some sophisticated investors would like to have the opportunity to exit from their loans earlier, the practical demand for this feature will be not that great, comparing with our other priorities: Auto-invest and loans in Second Currency.
So we have allocated our resources to Auto-invest, which is being actively developed now.
BR
Aleksei

Hi Aleksei,
my question just to ask un update of the secondary market. Is it still in your plans?
And, if so (and if you can tell us) what could be more or less the conditions?

Hi Estatate Guru, have you envisaged to reduce the amount for Autoinvest ?
I have invested 14 K with you but 500 Min is definitely to high for the Autoinvest. At 250 Eur I would go for it.
