fundingsecure - property in Poole and Farm building Conversion Any news about when this loan will be activated? Money has been tied in this loan since mid December 2015.

The Poole loan has been paying interest since 7th Jan.
A note on the farm buildings loan says it's expected to draw down next week...

The Poole loan has been paying interest since 7th Jan. "paying" should be " accruing".

Now I remember that there was info about the Poole re accrued interest. I had forgotten about it.
I see that a note has been added to the Farm. Cheers.
