If I want to drip feed money into property would I be better off with Property Moose, or a fund such as a Aberdeen property fund, or a REIT?
Thanks.

Lots of considerations. One is are you interest more in yield or in capital growth. Another is how "hands on" you want to be. IMHO PM is best suited to someone who ideally would have his own collection of BTL properties but does not have the millions needed to buy a viable portfolio. PM enables him to run a portfolio of shares in BTLs which is a scaled down version of the real thing.

Don't forget to compare both fees charged & yields earnt via both entities (pm/pp vs the fund/s)

And as of this moment what can you put in an ISA?

ISA not that big a consideration. You get 5k per year dividends tax free and 11k capital gains outside of an ISA

I have been considering this question as well.
REITs and Property funds invest in shares of companies. So they are more volatile and are somewhat correlated to the equity markets. Since I already have lots of equities in my portfolio I started looking at the property crowd funding sites.
However, the fees seem too high (except maybe Property Partner) and liquidity is non-existent (except again PP).

I just received an email advertising the Tritax Big Box REIT. I don't normally buy on IPOs, but this is something I don't think I have any exposure to - it owns large distribution centres (I think from a quick read).
Any initial thoughts? (I haven't read the prospectus yet, wondering if I should?)
Edit: BTW I mean I wouldn't buy without reading it, merely that I dismiss much without bothering to read everything.
