Unbelievable what has happened now. The eMoneyUnion login screen just displays "ERROR: your account is inactive" despite me still having loans and cash in my account. emoney, please just let me log in, sell my "loan segments", withdraw my money and go. If you need to find reliable web developers to build you a proper, secure and reliable website/web application please message me as I can put you in touch with several. Trying to build transaction processing web application sites on the cheap using hacked about versions of the Wordpress blog software is really not a good idea, as I think my continued misfortunes have shown.

This was not a bug. I have been in touch with eMoneyUnion and they say they deliberately disabled my account on Monday, 25 January 2016 and will be returning my money. They forwarded me an email that they said was first sent that day, which I have no previous record of. I guess it must have got stuck in my spam filter somehow. No explanation for the ban, but my guess is that they didn't want me finding any more bugs or revealing anything else on this forum. emoney would you care to comment? The really strange thing is that I still have access to my account on eMoneyUnion, but only if I use my tablet rather than my PC. I have successfully done transactions this week, including selling loans and asking to withdraw money. The login security not up to much then. I guess they forgot to put in a timeout. Anyway, result. I'm free!

This is just a guess, but maybe it's linked to your having started 7 destructive threads in the past weak. Sometimes people ask questions because they want answers. Other times people ask questions because they don't think they can be answered, and they want to look clever.

I agree that some of his threads have been pretty negative although I do not think emoney have gone the right way about it, most of the questions were valid even if the tone was a bit hostile

I managed to withdraw most of my money previously, but it is now more than a week since they closed my account and they have not returned the remaining balance. Hostile? Yes I am.
Do you find their email credible?

Yes thanks. It took a bit of persistence but I was unscathed.
A good lesson in caution. They looked OK to start with but the closer I looked the less I liked what It saw - from the politician style forum answers to the rather dubious hints that they are some kind of benevolent organisation, "social lending to those who need it most" and "Want to do good with your money". I also was not impressed by their claim to "deliver the lions (sic) share of profits to everyday people given the lender and rates and fees they publish on their website. Their search engine result also claims they are the "Peer to Peer platform with the best rates".
When I get a couple of hours free I am going to write to the Advertising Standards Authority and the FCA. For some people it's like 2008 never happened. Edmund Burke quotes come to mind.
