The Wolsey Business Park loans are flying through legals. We should have the valuation at the end of the week and completion early next week. The bottleneck in the pipeline is easing.

Maybe they've got a "pre-fund" on all loans, then spit out if they don't want something.

Clicked within a half second of the thing appearing on screen ..... all gone .... didn't even get as far as "are you a bot?" No living person could have gone through the motions to buy it in that time, so either the bots have cracked the system, or (more likely) someone else sees the offer before I do because of internet/computer download speeds etc.

Would this be both loans at the same time? Unit 3 @ £3 million. Unit 4 @ £5 million. If so, that will certainly absorb a lot of p2p investors money and stir the secondary market up...

I checked how often the page loads available loans and its always in different intervals. Between 1-5s. So if it loads the available loan for you a little later than for someone else, of course he had a head start. With the liquid market, there will always be someone being more lucky.

I now owe SS £180 but am expecting PBL076 to increase the amount. How long should I wait before sending off the £180? Or should I invoke Sod's law and send it now which should immediately trigger the other one?

Are there 100 units of housing for each of the two units, 100 units of housing for the two units combined, or 100 units of housing for the whole site (including more than is being offered as security here)?

This one probably had less investors (wonder why?)
A question about the 'Drawdown' status. If the status is No (as it is for the two new loans) does it mean that no interest is accrued till it turns to Yes?

If the status is No (as it is for the two new loans) does it mean that no interest is accrued till it turns to Yes? It was a bigger loan, so a bigger slice. By the way, SS just sent me two emails, one to thank me on my investment of £235, and the other to congratulate on my allocation of £270!
