My mouse is 3 years younger than me 47 (must look into seeing if the cat is quicker) but still struggling on the pictures. I just rely on most days having two or three free goes without pictures (even so no guarantees)

few people selling the new one already I would have thought with amount that got nobody ended up with more then they wanted Theres about 40 loans a year. If you put £50 in each then you are on for £2000 a year. If you are a worker, investing your monthly pay and diversifying equally across other platforms and investments out of p2p then you will soon run out of capital to invest. Minimum loan is £100. Buy and sell half.

I wasn't expecting that. In fact I was expecting the opposite - a call for more funds (as suggested in the updates). Maybe a better deal for the total loan was to be had elsewhere. But no grumbling - early repayment is much better than no repayment.

Fortunately some bits appeared at just the right time, so that already taken care of
PBL76 Wonder if thats because they have got finance elsewhere for the land & the house, its all fallen through or it will reappear as a bigger loan shortly?
£8.7k out of SS pocket

Email from Saving Stream:
Due to ongoing delays with various aspects of the above loan we have decided not to proceed.
All capital repayments along with April's accrued interest has been credited to investor accounts.

That's just the interest for 8 days of April. You have already had Feb (part) and Mar.

Surprised at the lack of an update on PBL75 given its due to repay in a month, not even an 'in legals'

Update from 4 hours ago:
Possession hearing is now scheduled for the 12th of May. This will take at least 6 months to resolve and has been an important lesson to us about residential bridges. Luckily there is plenty of equity in the property and the borrower has another unencumbered asset so we expect a full and clean settlement in the near/medium term. We have changed our policy internally to prevent this kind of problem occurring in the future.
So hearing delayed by one month (was due 10th April) and internal policy change.
I have some money in this one because I live nearby and know the area well so I am reasonably confident that there is indeed plenty of equity, although this declines as unpaid interest accrues and there will be costs of course. I'll do a drive or cycle by in the next couple of days anyway, but I doubt that will add much.
Edit to add: A near identical property in the same small development sold STC in early Feb for £395,000 so it could get a little hairy
