Has anyone had problems registering? I am on the electoral roll and have lived at the same address for 30 years. Although my address was found, the form required me to enter a flat/unit number or house number even though it only has a name so I put the name in the number field. I am a name, not a number.

We have had a bit of a glitch over the weekend but not, I think, that. Unfortunately our registration is dependent upon a third party provider (Tracesmart) and sometimes it can be a bit temperamental.
If you drop a mail to the customer services email address (customerservices@ablrate.com), my colleague Phil will help you out first thing this morning!

All sorted and the container e-mail has been received, thank you very much.
There is still a minor issue with the address input that I highlighted in the original post: It is not possible to input only a house name as a popup box appears demanding "Flat/Unit or Building number".

You might also want to arrange to try making a debit card deposit at a convenient time. This is because the house number and postcode are commonly used in credit and debit card authentication and that's another area where there might be a glitch. Be sure to let customer service and/or Andy know if there is a problem because they will be able to ensure that you don't lose out on getting any loans that the money is for.

No problems with transfer via debit card.

No problems with transfer via debit card. Good to know, one area for possible lurking bugs closed off.

No problems with transfer via debit card. Good to know, one area for possible lurking bugs closed off. With an address that includes "Itchington Road, Tytherington, Wotton-under-Edge", I get used to problems.... especially on the 'phone.

Could be worse, you didn't have to give the full form of Llanfair PG from living there or on Taumatawhakatangihangakoauauotamateaturipukakapikimaungahoronukupokaiwhenuakitanatahu.
