Pathetic really. Zopa claim to want the most advanced robust platform in the business. They clearly have a long way to go. They better get it fixed before the hoped for wall of ISA money hits...

Repayment run partially failed again last night. (so now it is 3 consecutive weeks of IT "issues"). Only early and partial repayments got processed. The repayments for Feb 26th did not get paid, if you looked at the Old LB link you can see this clearly with all the Feb 26ther's still being "Uninitialised" I also see the repayments that did get paid are still in Holding not in the queue. Oh well,

'Oh well' is not my reaction I'm afraid. This really isn't good enough. Zopa claim they are monitoring this forum. Perhaps one of their representatives would like to come on and give us the excuse for this unacceptably poor performance? Even more helpful would be a response of what they are doing to prevent it happening again, (and again and ....)

So I guess that, seeing as it's the 2nd, and there's lots of !!!!!!!!!!!!, we should consider that a good thing in that at least the payment run is actually happening? I've not been very impressed by Zopa over the last week or two.

Opps . The repayment fun failed again last night... Correction: It did fail last week as well (on Monday night Feb 29th), so in fact this is the 4 th consecutive week of repayment failures and as yet the day time catch up run is not running... If you check the Old MLB you will see the repayments for the 5th-7th are still pending.) Zopa please feel free to explain or comment ?? 4 weeks is quite bad.. Still that will reduce the backlog of money on offer... Edit: to correct my earlier post that the run last week did run (I had a senior moment / miss-remembered). Thanks to that nice little squirrel for correcting me...

Still no run or comment from Zopa? (If they had a forum they could at least keep us informed ) (fc seem to have regular IT hic-cups but they at least seem pretty good at putting up a banner comment on the main screen)

Recently we’ve been making changes to our repayment processing to make it faster and more robust in preparation for the launch of new products. Unfortunately these changes caused some issues during the last week, but we have fixed those and we can assure you all your repayments have been processed correctly. We’ve seen some good performance improvements after the changes and we’ll continue improving our processes to make Zopa a more efficient lending platform. Apologies for any issues relating to your user experience and accounts.

But I am now very confused as to what you say. Really re the comment "we can assure you all your repayments have been processed correctly"....
Last night the repayments for the 5th, 6th and 7th of the Month (i.e. Sat, Sun, Mon) did not get paid. And they have not been processed during the day today.
Are Zopa saying the repayment procedure is changing and if so when do we get the repayments for the 5,6, 7th ? Will it be tonight the 9th ? I have checked the old MLB so I know the repayments have not been processed for 5-7th and indeed it seems every lender I know is impacted...
I should also add the New Products description, did not say we would receive our repayments latter than we do now.

There's been a run going on for over an hour now
a. there's no associated ! next to balances
b. My balance is down by £50+, much more than I'd expect for just the 8th - so presumably the run's for 5-8th

What changes have been made to make repayment processing faster and more robust? It is not immediately obvious.
Were these changes not rigorously tested before they went live?
Apologies are not sufficient for those whose repayments were held up and re-lending was delayed by days.

Hi Mat, I have just checked the Old MLB and the repayments for the 5-8th did come through last night. Thanks. As I mentioned before the repayments for 5-7th (Sat-Mon) have always in the past (unless there was a repayment processing failure) been processed on the evening of the 8th not the 9th. As the "ZOPA techies" told you yesterday that "all repayments have been processed correctly" does that mean that repayments in future for the 5-8th will now be paid on the night of the 9th? Or did those "techies" make a mistake / there was a miss-understanding ? I should say I appreciate you like Customer Services at Z are just telling us what the "Zopa techies" tell you, but could you please ask them to clarify ? It is excellent that we are getting details from Zopa directly. And I understand that mistakes / miss-understandings happen, especially when there is lots of IT work on re, ISA's & 3 New Products. I don't appear to have had any repayments over the long weekend, which isn't that surprising. What does surprise me is that there's no ! flash to tell me that there are delays. Anybody else in the same boat?

Probably Zopa's repayment run has failed again. Their processing 'improvements' leave a lot to be desired. Still, I guess they are not alone in using their customers as Beta testers.
