We will know in the next 72 hours if this will happen or not. The vendor has gone quiet even though we have proved funds. If there is no movement on Monday, we will pull the auction.
My apologies but you can never judge what a 3rd party will do.

Presumably the intent was to refit, in which case I wonder whether the cooking kit was going to find its way to the yard of the .....

Vendor withdrawn and money returned to lenders' accounts. Any new loans coming up for me to spend my money on, Andrew?
