I've created PDF's of 2 recent active ZopaTalk threads, before the system was pulled.
"My Loan Book" & "Beta test new loan book"
Not sure if we can have these on here or not but if anyone would find them useful and we can have them on here then how do we do it. I see there are zopa staff on here perhaps they have a view on whether they can be held on here without causing offence perhaps.
Sadly the post numbers didn't get printed but the rest is there.
There may be a better way that some techy could reproduce them as there is a download button that creates html on an individual thread page so would need a bit of work perhaps.

ajuI did mention something similar on the "Zopa closes their forum" thread, but got no response (so far)! In fact, I mentioned the same two threads you have already copied: << Feb 14, 2016 11:39:50 GMT -5 elgerod said: Apologies if this is a stupid question, but is there any way, technically, that individual threads from the Zopa forum can be imported to this forum? For example, it would be quite useful to have the "Beta Test New Loan Book" and "My Loan Book" threads. From a legal point of view, there may be some issues, although as it's a public forum, I wouldn't have thought these would be too difficult to resolve. << Yes, I think they would be useful (to have on here) but I've no idea how to do it. Sorry.

aju & elgerod @zopamat said Hi all, Hope you all had a good weekend. Just a reminder that the Read Only version of the Zopa Forum will only be up available until 17:00 on the 29th Feb. Feel free to take any screen grabs of the info for your own lending purposes. Thanks, Mat So yes you can post them on this forum, and apparently, I'm told, no one has made the software for two different forums to directly transfer posts, there's been no call for it and obviously it would cost money ( here's a link that talks about that). So the simplest way until someone does is to add your PDF's as an attachment to a post. We could have a new threads for each of the old Zopa threads you mention or just one where they all are. Any preferences? I believe there's a maximum number of attachments to one post I think it might be four but I'm not sure. But do note the end date above.

I started a new thread for "Beta test new loan book" opening with the PDF's I created from the old one on zopa talk - perhaps those interested in this can see what they think one of the issues before the demise of the thread was that the sorting options were falling over - They seemed to have solved this one, well for me anyway. Hope this helps I'll do one for My Loan Book but I have to rebuild my pdf files due to filesize limits. P.S. the one for MLB is done as well see "My Loan Book"

I'll paste a copy below for a gander; Attachment DeletedIt was relatively easy...

I'll paste a copy below for a gander; It was relatively easy... I did try that - I think I mentioned it somewhere - but the problem was that there were 10 pages and once the sites were pulled the links all pointed to the next online page rather than themselves. I know I could have probably done a couple of changes to each web page to point to the next but it seemed the pdf way was more easily portable and quicker and since it was going to be going down next week I wanted to make sure I got what I wanted as quickly and as use able as possible. I did think of getting an old website copier out of my archive but sadly none of those really were that successful either. I'm sure someone else might solve it though. Note that the current read only archive is only a simple archive in that not all the links have been fully formed so they don't all go somewhere useful - rather to the downed front page - shame but I guess zopa was being as helpful as it could without re-opening the main site.
