£3m.
I reckon over-subscribed, but not by much. I'll guess at 90% of pre-fund.

Interesting they say Make sure your pre-funding levels are accurate. It did in the previous "go live" e-mail for the Bedfordshire loans.

£3m. I reckon over-subscribed, but not by much. I'll guess at 90% of pre-fund. It might surprise us, especially if everyone has hiked their prefunding after getting under allocated last time.

I'm passing on this one, you could buy about 35 houses in my street for £4m. Mmm. I guess you don't live in an upmarket corner of Leatherhead...? The place that was knocked down to build this one sold for £1.3m in 2011. I'd also guess that none of those 35 houses are 1,000m2 floor area with an acre and three quarters...

Adrian I think you are way of with your pre funding levels for this one, I think 3 or 4 times oversubscribed is closer to the mark.

If everyone does it, then it would make little difference. You would have to change your allocation, according to what you think others will change their allocation to as a result of your previous allocation.... Hang on... what... I think adrianc you're being a tad ambitious; I can see this at around the 50% mark of pre-fund. Hey Liz; you better not start calling me by my first name....

I agree - i think the 12%/SS simplicity/buy now-pay later offer sticks out like a sore thumb as being a gift horse and will suck in huge amounts - huge suppressed demand imho, and it's only going get more acute come the new tax year.. Adrian I think you are way of with your pre funding levels for this one, I think 3 or 4 times oversubscribed is closer to the mark. I doubt it. I reckon the pre-funded total will be £4m - £4.5m so we should get about 65% - 75%
