As far as I can see the highest bid in today's auction was £900k. But it seems that fell short of the reserve meaning it went unsold. What do Lendy do next, I wonder... I guess they will negotiate with the higest bidder and try and squeeze a bit more out of him/her. That should nearly cover this loan after fees. The PF might be needed to top this up plus interest.

It shouldn't need much PF support, so I'd expect Lendy to try to wrap this one up quickly so that they can have another successful loan to report. Unless, of course, the fees are a lot more significant than I'm expecting. I know there's about 2% of un-prepaid interest, and Lendy's 2% exit fee. I would hope the receivers' fees wouldn't be too large because they were involved for a relatively short time. What other costs might there be? How much of the £900k might the auction house take?

PBL082 has just been repaid (16:39).
That's £845k to add to the £1.25m just repaid on PBL145.

Must have had a post-auction offer Well Done Lendy For how much? How much of the PF was needed to repay lenders? Is the PF empty?
