Peterborough care home now at stage 3 with a PBL no. Suggests it also maybe going live shortly.

Might be at stage 3 but info on web site is still very sparse, even by SS standards.

There's a full 38page valuation doc. yeah but at the time of my post there was nothing about the purpose of the loan, the borrower's experience, whether it was a first or 2nd charge or the method of repayment. however this has been added now.

Drove past this site today to see if there have been any changes to it. The gate to the front was locked so no direct access but viewing from the road there doesn't appear to be any major work ongoing.
Comparing what I saw today to the pictures in the appendix in the valuation document, the rubble at the back (page 25) looks to be as it was then and no demolition work seems to have occurred yet. The vegetation to the front and side is a lot more overgrown and no machinery appears to be on site.
Not sure if this information is useful to anyone but I work in the area so will continue to monitor it and update accordingly.

Seems like too much of the building is erect at the minute. Not as floppy as I expected it to be after nearly five months
