Does anyone know of brokers or even direct investments where one can purchase index-linked fund units, both UK & US & Far East, with low management fees & low cost transaction fees?
I've come across funds with 0.1% annual fees but entry level is far too high for me whiilst others allow free membership & charge higher transaction fees, with both affecting the final return in different ways!
Any info appreciated

Have you looked at the wide range of ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds) available these days, traded as per shares via just about any funds supermarket?
