1. in "my loans" it shows as due in "-167" days, do I take it from this that it has been restructured or extended in some way but is still being serviced? It's just very, very late. But interest is still being paid on it. Some older loans have changed to the new Ts & Cs. That Damned Bungalow isn't one of them. The loan updates table which ilmoro maintains shows the current status of all loans. Sell away! Thanks adrianc & Stevet. re ilmoros table, I see reference only to PBL4a, I assume this is PBL004b but why the slightly different name? can someone also tell me what "the SM" refers to in a few posts on the last page?

I have managed to get my feet wet and invested in some loans - this SS housekeeping has been very opportune for me. I have made a fast payment from my bank account ( santander) but it is not showing in my SS account. How long does this normally take? Also with sudden splurge of availabilty I wanted to reduce some of my original purchases from last night to get my balance back down having indulged in the goodies up for grabs this morning. Although my first two sales loaded and happily sold quickly I now find that nothing happens when I click on the sell button ? Have I been blocked ? what to do ? It is a worry when you first send money from your account to SS, but don't worry it will appear! It will usually be credited the next working day You haven't been blocked..... not sure about this. Are you sure your not just waiting for the investments to sell; they will take slightly longer on the SM ATM..... No the 2 parts I put up for sale are all gone and credited to my account. I can still buy ( just tried) but when I click on the green sell button having selected a loan nothing happens instead of the 'do you really want to sell' pop up. seems to be a glitch - hopefully will clear - is there a help line to speak to SS ? ( Ive sent them an email) the speed with which the SM cleared those large amounts this morning is actually rather reassuring...

re ilmoros table, I see reference only to PBL4a, I assume this is PBL004b but why the slightly different name? There are two of Those Damned Bungaloans - 4a and 4b - and they're both in there - second and third lines, after That Damned Boat. I think the black a is confusing you - that shows they're the same borrower. Secondary Market - the available loans page. PM - primary market - is new loans being launched and pre-funded.

They're a tad too small to be manning a phone ATM, but they will respond to your e-mail. A couple of things you can try 1. Log out & Log In, try again 2. Clear Cookies, try again 3. Try a different web browser and (you guessed it!) try again

Thanks very much for your help over the last 24 hours Cooling Dude - I am now fully invested in 6 loans that appear to be the sought after type. So much for worrying that it might take months. Very happy how this has gone - now I will need to sensibly temper my appetite for more .... and keep track of events. Thanks again.

I consider myself not a newbie but I thought what I would like to ask might be already covered, hence asking here.
I haven't seen a thread for SS ISA - is this discussed somewhere else ?

No mention of ISA's yet from SS. I would imagine it's in the pipeline, but it seems to be getting a bit close to judgment day......

Yes, quite close. I would not go for a p2p Isa with anyone else, and I would like to know what's happening. In case SS offer ISA, in order to be able to put more in,I should open one cash ISA for the current year and add more using next year allowance after 6/04. Probably many other lenders would do the same.

Now if MT opened an ISA, then I could see a large shift of funds from SS investors to MT (then again MT loan book would have to grow considerably). Would be nice to get some information in regards to this topic savingstream .......

Did you look? p2pindependentforum.com/post/84208/threadSS slot for applying for full FCA authorisation (required for ISA) is this financial quarter so they are somewhat at the back of the queue compared to everyone else. Given that no mainstream platform is yet to recieve authorisation, there has to be some scepticism as to whether anyone will meet the April launch date. Probably not worth SS speculating on their own offering, if they decide they want the additional cost (they are tight on that, until they have some idea of timeframe which seems unlikely to be before the summer even if the FCA gets its finger out. MT applied for FCA FP in May 2015 and no sign that they have been authorised 9 months on! Edit: crossed with GSV more succinct response

AFAIK, the initial indications are that the regulations will allow transfers in, but it still will depend on whether a platform wishes to implement that feature. If I was in your position and had the money to fund my 2016/17 contribution now, I'd put it in a 2015/16 ISA before 6/Apr. If it turns out that you can transfer in prior-year money, then you'd do that and still have the option to add a 2016/17 contribution if you had the funds available by Mar.'17. At which point you could have £30+k inside the tax-free wrapper. If it turns out that you can't transfer in prior-year money, then you could close the 2015/16 ISA and use the withdrawn cash to fund your 2016/17 IFISA contribution. I'm not a qualified expert on the subject and certainly not in a position to give advice, but that's what I'd do. I can't see any downside of this plan except perhaps tying up some money while waiting for the IFISA situation to be come clearer. Does anyone else see any drawbacks that I might have missed?

That was the plan but my concern is that I may have my money tied up in a bottom low interest ISA for quite a long period. That's why some clarity from SS would be much welcome.

So I'm not new to SS and have experienced a lot of the website bugs over the last year or so. However I've just experienced a bug I thought was fixed.
I've just sold £600 of PBL084. It's been 100% bought. But in my selling loans tab it says 0% sold and the funds haven't been returned. Plus there is nothing of the loan available on the SM.
With the old site I'd have to email SS to manually resolve regularly. New site, never had this problem.
Wonder if this new INPL tweak has reinstated this issue?
Anyone else having this problem? Not worried I know it'll get balanced eventually.
Edit -> all resolved after some other loan parts were sold by someone else.
