I've just received an email from a gentleman identifying himself as Simon Hawtin, charged with looking after "key lender accounts" at Ratesetter. Apparently he'd like to make a courtesy call to me in the next couple of days " to briefly introduce myself and take any feedback/questions you may have with regards to your lending account". Anyone else been so honoured? Any comment from westonkevRS?

Simon is indeed a RateSetter employee, in fact he joined before me back in the day and is very knowledgeable about everything on the lender side (as opposed to borrowers).
Simon works in a small team named 'Investor Operations' looking after non-standard lenders, e.g. especially big hitters, partners, SIPPs, IFAs, BBB, institutions, charities, etc.
You should feel honoured, he never calls me!
Kevin.
