Couldn't find a separate thread for this but, if duplicated then apologies.
An update on AC's site if anyone with a bid has missed it:
LENDER UPDATE 6 MARCH
We have been advised today that the vendor has set a completion date for the property purchase of 12 March (next week). The borrower has tried to get this brought forward but to no avail. The borrowers longstop date is 20 March under their agreement with us. Our solicitors advise that all is on track for a 12 March completion/drawdown.

Would be easier than going AC website trawling for updates.

Presuming that's still the standard procedure, then the fact that the borrower was trying to accelerate the completion suggests that contracts hadn't been exchanged at that time. I wonder if that's happened now, or whether they're trying to do a simultaneous exchange and completion? Or is there something I don't understand?

We'll wait & see over the next few days
