Thank you folks and thanks CD for the link. I no use your "index" cause I don't know how to get to it. If you go to the list of boards and select savingstream all the important threads are always at the top Hover over tab at top P2P Independent Forum > P2Px sites > Savingstream click You will see Index, updates, FAQ, pipeline etc all have pins in them so they are always easy to find - CDs index is also accesible from links at the top of the update list

So for this loan, with a chunk of PBL084 sitting on the SM isn't it better just to buy that and set your pre funding for 166 to zero given 84 will rank ahead of 166?

If you have any intention in investing in the Scottish Estate, you would be silly not to try and invest in PBL084 first Yeah I bought some more 84 and zeroed my prefund.....i'm pretty sure plenty of people will be currently selling 84 based on days remaining but will have a pre-fund set for 166. At 12% i reckon that within a few days there won't be any of either loan left.

My guess is that it (PBL084) will probably be extended when PBL166 is actually drawn down.

Well if it isn't extended, then we going to have an interesting scenario of the first part defaulting, while the second part is still in +ve days. Currently as it now stands, the difference between the life of the two loans, is 207 days... Perhaps it would then be called a hybrid default?  To be honest, I can't quite make out what is going on here.
