oldgrumpy , I fully agree with your capitalised plea to SS.
Pardon if I'm wrong but if I recall avatars correctly, I seem to think yours has recently received food for thought.
In any case... whether or not my avatar memories are 20/20, I would say your shout is spot on.

(Thanks ilmoro). My line of thought was that a screenshot is not a text copy whose textual content can be modified as easily as typing. (Modifying an image will leave some artefacts.)

I am aware of that. (Thanks ilmoro ). My line of thought was that a screenshot is not a text copy whose textual content can be modified as easily as typing. (Modifying an image will leave some artefacts.) It is possible to tweak a website though before taking the screenshot so even a none photoshopped image isn't proof.

Is there any other way we can do this? Use archive.is/ or similar to archive pages. The archived page references the original page so it's not a substitute page.

You have to be very carefully uploading screen captures, since it is way too easy to accidentally capture something which gives away borrower details (or, indeed, your own).

I'm not sure whether i should pick some up Large loan so lots to sell, and below 100-days, so is on a lot of investors "sell list" as and when new loans on the pipeline are due to go live (as is happening today)

50k/5M is a v small %. It's a big loan so people may have a position to unwind and some may prefer not to take it into -ve days especially with the change in SM/tolerance period coming in March.
The VR also notes a sale may take a long time so there is liquidity risk in selling the property (plus a reference made about political risk with SNP).
However, at one point SS provided additional capital and appear to support the loan and may offer a refinance whilst the borrower leverages revenue making opportunities and seeks commercial finance.

As elliotn says; the main reason is it is a large loan, lots to sell - also approaching negative term, so that doesn't help. Not a nice loan to hold after term, as if it goes bad, it will take years to market and sell (see also PBL155). 10 pages worth of reading material for you PBL84 Scottish Estate - Live Loan (27/02/2016)Why you no use my index ?
