Add me to the 98% list. Is it due to lack of interest, or lack of available cash.
Currently £376 available on the SM

98.24% here too - I was guessing at around £5M total PF so nothing to moan about ! Maybe the short(ish) notice didn't allow all the players time to tweak........ Maybe this gives us a more reliable / realistic estimate of current PF appetite ? Maybe ......

It's the largest pre-fund yet for a loan over £4m (ie. of a size where lenders were always likely to get most of what they asked for). The last one of a similar size, PBL073, had a pre-fund total estimated at just £2.3m. See Investor's invaluable list: p2pindependentforum.com/post/60487/thread

SO why didn't you want any of this one then liz? The valuation report puts me off, especially timescales and realisable value in a default scenario. The estate could take years to sell, or have to be heavily discounted.

I managed 98.24% myself and emmediately set about diversifying some of my other loans and, Whowee! what a frantic time I've had in the SM. I now understand completely what everyone has been saying about the capture thing, boy is it a pain.
P.S. Thanks Dude... for all of your advance notice of things and the relevant insight to the valuations.

After reading some posts here last night I cancelled my prefunding, but then changed my mind today and bought some on SM,
Glad to find out I'm no robot ....

That really is a very useful table, but would be even better if it included the number of investors in the loan at the launch (so we could see how PF was scaling, or not, with the number of punters, and whether some of the loans were more popular than others). I wonder if that info is still available, or lost in the mists of time?

Credit to SS for being very quick off the mark with the 'cough up' emails.

I usually receive an e-mail the very next day, with a warning to clear the balance within 24hrs. In reality (unless things have changed) you have 48hrs before SS put your investments back onto the SM.

Slight change of tack her to get back on topic. I need to transfer funds between bank accounts before making my deposit to honour my allocation in this loan.
Due to the offer being made on Saturday afternoon I am concerned my 24/48hrs will have lapsed prior to my funds showing up in my account.
Is there any suggestions how to make sure SS doesn't withdraw my allocation and put it back up for offer? I am hoping to have the transactions completed before the end of play on Monday.

I seem to to get an email the very next morning following my balance going negative. Maybe they have done a credit check on me, and are worried I won't pay ;-)

Email or call SS tomorrow morning - they're pretty good - should be understanding/flexible.
